Building automation services

Our automation systems provide you with a future-proof answer to increasingly exacting plant and machinery requirements. Engineered to meet the needs of all industry sectors in a virtually limitless range of tasks, the superiority of our systems provides peak efficiency, extensive flexibility and high-cost effectiveness – in every application. From pneumatic control systems, Direct Digital Controls or retro-commissioning we can provide you with experts to put you in control.

HVAC & Mechanical services

The business of HVAC has evolved from pneumatic systems to Direct Digital Control systems. However, there will always be the need for technicians with HVAC and mechanical expertise.

For more than three decades, N.C.C. has earned a reputation for quality and honest hard work in the area of mechanical services. This reputation was built upon the solid foundation of the knowledge, skills, and integrity of our service technicians. We support our customers with unparalleled service 24/7/365.

Equipment & energy monitoring

Integrating and monitoring Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) equipment with factory control solutions has become the new normal.  Systems are built by selecting mechanical equipment unique for each job in the facility.  An example could be a VRF system with DOAS units in one portion of a building, while the other half has roof top units and CRAC units.  In each case, N.C.C. is expert and bringing them into one Building Automation System (BAS) to work in unison.

New Energy codes demand each fuel and energy source be monitored, trended, and optimized for efficient use.  N.C.C. is expert at working with our Division 22, 23, & 26 partners to either provide all that is required or integrate each system into the BAS.  We build standard or custom solutions allowing building operators to meet and exceed a growing number of requirements, dashboards, and educational tools.

Preventative maintenance

Proper maintenance of your equipment ensures maximum useful life and utility costs are minimized. But best of all preventative maintenance minimizes costly downtime detecting components that are likely to fail and replacing them before failure occurs.

Every property has its unique challenges. We take a fresh perspective for each. Our maintenance agreements are structured specifically to each property. We work with your maintenance staff to manage the facility by providing technicians that complement the existing staff at any level that is required.  We offer different service levels and customize the maintenance plan to meet your needs.

Boilers

Service, installation, maintenance, and upgrades for condensing, hydronic and steam boilers. We have the most experienced technicians in the State of Oregon and are able to complete certified inspections, meeting WA Clean Air Act requirements.
